Modify WooCommerce Checkout Font Color

I'm looking for a CSS expert to help me change the font color in the billing information section of my WooCommerce checkout. I want the font changed to black without affecting the rest of my site. both pull down menus will not show anything unless it is clicked on making it difficult for customers to select their country and state/province so both menus need to be fixed (see picture)
