Modification to my WordPress site -- 2

I have a WordPress website which is partially build-up by myself using Elemantor, and I want a WordPress developer to add some modifications, which is the service of receiving requests from visitors, as I offer different products on the site (not products that I own, but products that I market from international sites such as Amazon and Etsy affiliate ),
It will be - a mediation service - since I do not need any payment gateway, the idea is that it receives requests from visitors and then executes it by one of the vendors available in the same country.
This additional service that I want to add is very similar to the one in this site (usabuyingagent.com/) with the slight difference, that I will have sellers (intermediaries) from different countries, so when receiving a request from a visitor I only want the seller from the same country to receive and complete this request.
