Missionary Fund Raising

I want to add a page to my wordpress site at bridgesforlifeministries.com that looks and functions similar to the landing page at www.heavensfamily.org. Maybe not all of the functions but layout and hover actions on photos and scale showing percent achieved. From the little I know about WP, I believe that this page will have a different theme than the rest of the site.
