Minor Edit to WooCommerce Cart Page

Super simple task for someone who is familiar with the template structure of the WooCommerce cart pages.

We require you to remove the <td> column that contains the text "Shipping" (see image)

Then make the right hand <td> span full width (most likely just with colspan="2")

This is a very simple task for someone who is familiar with WooCommerce template files which I expect can be completed in just a few minutes so please bid accordingly.

I will supply some sFTP credentials to work from.

We need this completed ASAP.
