I’m launching a small model-agency site on WordPress and need someone who can build a clean, modern interface with a minimalistic aesthetic. The core features are straightforward: a home page, an About Us section, a Contact Us page, and a booking page that handles simple appointment scheduling. Everything should feel sleek and uncluttered—think large white space, elegant typography, and intuitive navigation.

SEO fundamentals must be in place from day one (metadata, alt tags, fast loading, friendly URL structure) so the site is ready to rank. I’d like a fixed-price proposal rather than an hourly arrangement; clear milestones and what each includes will help us both stay organised.

I’m comfortable inside WordPress and may eventually expand or tweak the site myself, so please factor in a brief hand-over session or concise documentation that shows me how to manage the booking tool, update copy, and keep the SEO settings optimised.
