Migrating Wordpress site to Azure

I have a Wordpress site that I'm looking into migrating into azure webhost. No direct access to the database through phpmyadmin so plugins must be used.
Work must be done on teamviewer only.
I'm a developer and tried all top plugins to migrate and each failed for different reason.
Ftp for both sites will be provided.
