Migrate wordpress website from one theme to another theme

i need someone who can migrate the whole content from theme 1(Social chef) to theme 2(Tinysalt). Its a website about recipes.
This is not a standard migration. Old theme has a couple of 100 recipes and they have to land in the new theme.
I need to see first a example of one recipe migrated before we can go further on.
