Migrate a website from Shared hosting to VPS

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help me migrate a website from its current shared hosting environment to a VPS. I currently have a hosting account to which we can migrate the existing website and I am confident that I can handle the optimization of the website for the new hosting environment myself. The ideal freelancer should have excellent code development and debugging skills, able to work effectively and efficiently. They must also be knowledgeable in both Linux and Windows environments, possess artistic talents and display excellent communication skills. Knowledge in HTML, JQuery, CSS and Wordpress would also be an advantage.
