Migrate and upgrade wordpress websites to new server

We have 7 wordress websites we need to migrate to a new server on the same name server.
We had one account with bluehost and need to move 7 websites to a new bluehost hosting account.
While migrating them we would like to do maintenance on them so create a backup and upgrade the wordpress versions and plugins within.
