Migrate customer from Wix to WooCommerce on my test webhosting

Hi,
I have a customer with a Wix webshop. They want to start using WooCommerce on my webhosting. The domain is not moved yet and also should not move it needs to stay live on Wix for now. But we want to migrate all orders, customers and products over to our testing environment.
Following needs to be moved:
- Products with price, image, descriptions and stock
- Product categories
- Orders (it should not send an email again to all customers)
- Customer information
The amount of information that we have is:
- 730 orders
- 827 contacts
- 48 products
- 6 categories
This all needs to be moved to our testing environment. I have the environment ready. Only the migration needs to happen.
