Migrate a Wordpress Site to a New Host

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can help me migrate my Wordpress site from my current shared hosting to a new host. Most of the migration is already complete with the majority of data migrated. I do not have the time/skills to accurately ensure that all data is migrated properly, and that DNS changes are made properly too to make live on the new Host (which is already in place).

All credentials can be provided.

Hosting Requirements:
- The current hosting is shared hosting, and I would like to migrate to a new host which is already in place.
- I have access to the current host's cPanel and FTP, so the freelancer should be able to work with those.

Preferred New Hosting Provider:
- I have a preferred new hosting provider in mind.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in migrating Wordpress sites from one host to another.
- Proficiency in working with cPanel and FTP.
- Familiarity with different hosting providers and their migration processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the migration process.

In terms of deliverables, I will be looking for:
- Confirmation that all data has been restored to the new host correctly, from the old host
- Confirmation of any implications of the cut over
- Cut over and change/management of DNS records to make live on new host
