Migrate Property Listings from Joomla to Wordpress + Customizations

I need someone to migrate the property listings from jomres on joomla (https://www.jomres.net/) , to a wordpress installation using the Traveller Theme (https://themeforest.net/item/traveler-traveltourbooking-wordpress-theme/10822683). This includes the Property owners (users), Properties (1 content type), the rooms (another content type), the room detail, and the rates & availability calendar. I will provide the database tables from the Joomla site and you will need to import it into the WordPress installation. WP all import is setup if you choose to use it. Documentation about both Jomres and the Traveller theme are all available by the links provided. There are 500 properties to import (together with their allocated rooms).

I will then need customisations to the workflow of the Traveller theme, including a single sign-on with google/Facebook, auto sign-in via email link, as well as auto-approval for bookings via email (to the property owners). More details can be provided via conversation.
