Migrate Hosting + Rebuild Flutter App using the new host and domian

I have an application that has built with FluxStore App (Flutter Version) and it is linked to a WooCommerce Wordpress Website, the app is slow due to the bad hosting plan
Now I have subscribed to a better hosting plan and the domain has been changed, I want someone to do these for me:
0. Removing FluxStore API from the old Website and Link it to the new WP website
1. Rebuild the App using the new domain name into the app (this require to use the API of FluxStore on the new WP Website
2. Publishing the app for me on iOS App Store and Android Play Store (Updating Previous Published Apps)
