Migrate Content From Old Wordpress Website To New Template Wordpress Website

I require the content from an old website to be migrated to a new website. The new website will be a clone from another design we did for another service business.
Both are on WordPress, with the latest one using Themify as the builder. I require the content to be put into the pre-formatted sections in themify, we we keep the same structure for the site.

You will be required to copy the written and photo content and place it in the sections of the new site.
Keep the old URL structure by duplicating pages and changing permalinks to match the old site
