Microsoft word document generator -- 2

Looking for application to generate Microsoft word file dynamically.

There will be many sections such as
- Documents info ( Ver, date, Owner, Customer name. contact details.
- Executive Summary: include points that created dynamically.
- Proposed Solution include details of the points in ES.
- Each point will have 4 sections or more
- Each section will have tables will dynamically filled
- Each section will have photos.
- Format and heading are required.
- maintain the same formatting in the word template.
- There are general sections need to be added such as Term and conditions. Assumptions, signature...etc.
- User will choose the section and the sub-section then will by dynamically updated on the documents from the data source.
- Admin dashboard is required to add main category and sub-category with their content (data source)
- Setup and installation.
- Source code.
- Documentation.
- Template management.
