Meta Pixel Integration for Conversion Tracking

I'm encountering an issue with my Meta Pixel on WordPress. The number of leads shown is much higher than what I’m seeing in Google Analytics and the actual leads I receive. I need to get this resolved urgently, preferably within the next few hours.
