Messed up website

I have a wordpress woo commerce website lindashandcrafts.com. I bought a new theme Store Villa Pro from accesspress and paid for them to install it. They have never responded back and many emails have not been answered, so I am stuck with something that does not work. I could not get it to load properly and hired Freelancer to fix it then had to hire another freelancer to fix mistakes. Now I have no website. I don't know what was done. I need someone to find out what is wrong, fix it, then install the Store Villa Pro theme with the demo info. Demo - https://accesspressthemes.com/theme-demos/?theme=storevilla.
