Marketing & Consulting assistance in San Diego, CA
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We're a 29-year old San Diego-based company that puts on conferences in the professional sports industry (www.sports-forum.com) for executives in the marketing, ticket sales, sponsorship and business development departments of professional leagues (NFL, MLB, NBA, etc.) and professional events (Golf, Horseracing, Tennis, etc.). We’ve recently lost our marketing person and will be looking to staff this department up in the coming months. However, while we interview, hire and train, we’re going to need someone who can step in and take over our marketing tasks for these next two-three months.
The skills needed are someone who is well versed in Photoshop, InDesign and WordPress. They would need to be able to keep our (Wordpress-driven) website updated, finish the Agenda brochure (InDesign), and promote this event via social media for our upcoming NSF Spring Summit (virtual event) in mid-May. To these skills, they’d need to interact with our panelists and session-leaders securing headshots and bios …and updating this information on our website and in our on-line and electronic collateral for this upcoming event.
Ideally we’d find someone here in San Diego County that would be able to stop by for periodic update meetings here at the office and would be available for zoom calls with our Planning Committees.
