MariaDB Backup issus

I made a WordPress backup and unfortunately now I’m having a database error. The issue happened because I restored an older WordPress version that isn’t fully in sync with my current one.
The problem is definitely related to the wp_posts and wp_postmeta tables. As soon as I try to import the ~40,000 pages from the backup, I get errors.
I’m 100% sure the issue is caused by the entries in posts and/or postmeta.
The error shows up in WordPress when I go to the Settings → Reading menu, and also when I try to open the theme’s custom Customizer — both fail to load properly.
I’m looking for someone who can help me fix this and get everything working again.
