Manully Sync WordPress WP-Stateless Plugin

I have a website using plugin WP-Stateless to connect media library to Google Cloud Storage.
I have manually uploaded all images to Google Cloud Storage(because the plugin's sync fn is very slow).
But currently the sync function is still scyn from the first image even i put all images to Google Cloud Storage.
In the plugin's forum. people said there is some manual code to skip the re-sync if the images are exist in the cloud.
