Manage my Wordpress Website (ML-Concepts.com)

Hi everyone
I have been working on my site ML-Concepts.com which I have hosted using WordPress on AWS Ec2 instance.
Since I come from the field of data science where I generally deal with Python, I am not well versed by PhP and things like Nginx etc.
So, I am looking for someone who can manage and implement features/changes to the site.
Changes would be on the lines of:
1. implement custom routes. For example, ml-concepts.com/ml_datasets/112 would display a page with a particular dataset.
2. The site will have 100s of 1000 datasets very soon. It needs to show a sample of the dataset right on the page for the user to download and the rest can be hosted somewhere else.
2. Implement changes related to SEOs for example cutting down on irrelevant code, caching etc.
3. Implement interactive features such as forums
