Make wordpress faster -- 2

I have a multsite, about ~ 5 subsites running, not much traffic, and they load slowly. I only care about 1 subsite in particular (built using a pagebuider) and I just want that one subsite to be optimized to load faster with an A score from google page insights. I do not want any additional plugins installed. I use WPMUDEV hosting and they plugins they provide such as the caching plugin "Hummingbird." If you are not familiar with multisites and wpmudev/hummingbird, please don't bother applying.

I have uploaded my current server settings, mysql settings & wp settings. Also I provided my latest speed test results and other helpful information. Please review carefully the information posted before bidding.
