Make website load as quickly as possible and eliminate the long FCP time stamp

The issue with this website is that it very slow loading.
We need an intelligent and capable web developer to diagnose and fix the website to make it load as quickly as possible and eliminating the long FCP time stamp.
The solution is likely to be more complicated than simply installing a plugin.
We have tried WP Rocket and NitroPack which have not been effective.
