Make modifications to my wordpress sites

Hi I have 2 wordpress sites that I have built myself and need an elementor/wordpress pro to go through the pages and make widgets and boxes equal height and just make titles in boxes be equal.
The problem I have, which I don't know how to correct, is that boxes are uneven due to content and some of the titles aren't aligned which makes the visuals look bad.
On some pages I have logos that I want to all be aligned horizontally too.
