Make.com + OpenAI + Voxel WordPress — Automate Dynamic Taxonomy Assignment via REST API
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m looking for a freelancer who can build a Make.com (Integromat) automation that uses OpenAI to intelligently select taxonomy terms from a predefined list and assign them to a custom post type in WordPress running the Voxel theme.
What Needs to Be Done
The goal is to automate taxonomy assignment in Voxel using this flow:
1. Input:
• A description, title, or short text string (from a form, Airtable, webhook, etc.)
2. Processing:
• The text is sent to OpenAI (GPT) via Make.com
• GPT chooses the most relevant taxonomy terms (from a predefined list, e.g. freelance, startups, enterprise, toutes-tailles)
3. Output:
• The selected terms (via their term IDs) are injected into WordPress through a REST API call
• The terms are correctly assigned to the Voxel post type (softwares) and show up in:
• The correct Voxel taxonomy field (profil_client)
• The WordPress admin (checkboxes checked)
• Voxel filters & search

• Sends it to OpenAI
• Extracts correct taxonomy terms based on meaning
• Looks up their term IDs
• Sends a POST or PUT request to WordPress REST API to:
• Assign the taxonomy to the correct post
• Populate the correct Voxel field (fields or tax_input)
• A short guide (or Loom video) to explain how to:
• Reuse or duplicate the automation
• Modify the list of available taxonomies
• Map slugs to IDs if needed
