Maintenance, upgradation and performance optimization for a wordpress ecommerce site -- 2

Need a lone freelancer or a team to secure, maintain a wordpress e-commerce website on a monthly fees basis. Need the same for 2 more Wordpress websites and will hand them too if the performance is good over next 3 months. I don't need someone who just keeps on recommending free/paid plugins for small stuffs but can do minor developments to if required. Security, performance, and availability are the main priorities.
