MailerLite template design

We run a newsletter and as we have added sponsors we are running into issues integrating the classifieds section into the template, specifically the presenting sponsor as it includes a logo. In order to make this happen, we are taking 10 steps every day to publish the newsletter. We desperately need to design a custom template and integrate it to be used with mailer lite. I should also note that mailer lite and the newsletter is connected to our site, which uses Wordpress . The template also contains a podcast player.
