Mailchimp Contacts language is not detected issue

Hello,
I have a wordpress website and an integration with Mailchimp through the Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin, and I'm facing an issue with Mailchimp that when any new user register on the website the language of the user used on the website is not detected on Mailchimp.
Also I reliezed that Wordpress is not detecting the customers (Users) language as well.
I need to detect the langauge in order to send automated emails based on the user langauge.
Notes:
1. Wordpress is not detecting the customers language:
Wordpress Dashboard >> Users >> All Users >> Edit User >> Language (Site Default)
2. Woocommerce login and register default form.
3. WPML translation plugin.
4. Two languages available:
4.1. English (Default)
4.2. Arabic
