Lost Website Making Changes to IPS & DNS

Hello,
I have recently made changes to a domain by doing the following below...
Changing the IPS tag so it switches over to my domain company (tsohost) and added new DNS records that point to siteground so it is hosted with this company (siteground). The reason I done this is because my client no longer wanted to have no involvement with his old developers.
Since doing this I have no idea where my website is, I have WordPress login details but am not able to log in as when I use the URL to log in it gives me a message saying "This site can’t be reached".
This site used to be hosted with GoDaddy I believe. Now I need to find out the following...
1. How am I able to get my site back?
2. What do I need to ask the old site owners?
3. What do I need to ask the hosting/domain companies?
