Looking for a talented Wordpress developer

I need to update a simple Wordpress website.
The website is uplistreport.com and the goal is to track the companies who have applied to uplist from the penny stock market to one of the major exchanges like the nasdaq.com or NYSE.
The scraper has been built and is monitoring one site today but I'd like to add two additional sites for it to scan/scrape (I'm guessing you can copy and re-use the existing logic for the two new sites). I then want to setup email alerts that detect new entries and send out email alerts to my subscribers.
There is also some other minor work that I want done so I can more easily edit the companies in the list, as well as manually add/delete them.
I'll share the document for detail tasks to the candidates.
