Looking for a Wordpress & Elementor Expert

I'm building a personal website and have a vision of what I want. Some of the pieces are already in place, but I don't have a lot of time to dedicate to it. I need someone who is creative and has extensive experience with Wordpress and Elementor to help bring my vision to life. Looking for someone that will not have an issue with screen sharing until the project is complete, since this will make it easier.
