Looking for WordPress & Technical Assistants – Web Development, API, SEO, Ads, Graphics & More

We are a growing marketing & tech agency based in Poland, and we’re looking to build a long-term remote team of reliable, skilled professionals to support us with a variety of ongoing tasks.
What we're looking for:
We're currently hiring for multiple roles:
Technical Virtual Assistants – people who can follow SOPs, configure plugins, work with WordPress/Elementor, set up tools like GA4, GTM, DNS, CRM forms, etc.
Web Developers – especially those experienced in WordPress + Elementor, WooCommerce, custom plugin setups, API integration and problem solving.
Backend/Full Stack Developers – to support custom logic, API bridges between tools (e.g., CRM, payment systems, SMS), and occasional automation support (e.g., with n8n).
Marketing Support – people with experience in:
SEO and on-page optimization
Google Ads & Facebook Ads setup and management
Creating marketing visuals and videos for websites and campaigns (sales-style)
We are starting with freelance and project-based cooperation, but if we see you’re a good fit – we’re open to long-term, stable collaboration with regular monthly hours.
Ideal candidates:
– Speak English clearly
– Are responsive and proactive
– Follow instructions, but also suggest better ways when needed
– Are reliable, available, and have attention to detail
– Have experience with remote work
– Can work in a team and use tools like Trello, Slack, or Google Workspace
Our starting rate:
We work with freelancers in the range of $2–3/hour depending on the role, skills, and speed.
(We understand the difference in scope between a technical VA and a senior full stack developer.)
