Looking for a WordPress Developer for a news website

We are an online news publication looking to hire a freelancer for the following:

1. Site performance

We need a Dev to run a Pagespeed Insights test and troubleshoot every issue listed in the results, with the most critical being:
- reducing server response time;
- enabling text compression
- minimising main threadwork;
- reducing impact of third-party code; and
- reducing JS execution time.

Ideally, we would like the mobile score to pass the Core Web Vitals

2. CSS Tweaks

We also want to make a number of changes to our CSS.

- Add sidebar to posts (for desktop only)
- Change global font from 'Poppins' to 'Arial'
- Move Outbrain smarfeed above 'Related Posts' in posts
- Redesign related posts
