Looking For Experienced Virtual Assistant & Social Media Manager
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
Note: Please do not apply if you do not have knowledge in working online, Wordpress and social media management.
A growing website is looking for experienced virtual assistants with great command on verbal and written English language.
Tasks to be performed by the candidate:
- Create blog post in Wordpress– title, URL customization, YouTube embed code, post content (from myself, some which need hyperlinking), insert image and podcast audio/video file download path, schedule for publishing date.
- Managing social media profiles
- Finding interesting/viral style content for social media profiles
- Comments management on social media profiles (deleting negative comments, replying to positive ones etc.)
- Customer support through emails/CRM tool/ Chat .
- Organising / cleaning inbox ( removing unwanted mails, organising important mails by tagging and arranging them in folders)
- Online research : for searching topics, sharing images/videos for social media profiles, researching for article, finding latest news related to the topic.
- Sending sales emails to prospective clients and communicating with them
- Research into what other competitors’ popular podcast/videos/blog article topics are and aggregate these so that we can create content on it.
- Minor Appointment setting and travel booking
- Forums section management - remove spam, replying to posts, creating new posts (full assistance will be given)
- Minor data entry/excel work
- Create simple images using paint (or some other program they have), quotepixel.com, or photoshop
- Basic photoshop (image editing - any tool) skills
- Scheduling latest posts through hootsuite, bufferapp etc. - using images and asking questions in posts
- Basic Keyword Research for SEO / Youtube
- Future (likely after 3 months) - email management
- Future (likely after 3 months) - independent social media profile/pages management
- Future (likely after 3 months) - PPC marketing management
