Monitoring available security patches, technical improvements, and security risk notices, and applying relevant patches/updates without delay

Performing all services according to current industry standards and best technical practices, within the limits of the existing website architecture

Informing us immediately if important security updates or technical adjustments are not possible, or only possible with disproportionate effort, due to the current system architecture

2. Error handling and technical support
You will be available by email and phone for technical troubleshooting and error resolution.

Expected response times:

Category 1: Website is not reachable → response within 24 hours

Category 2: Website is partially not functioning → response within 36 hours
