Log Woocommerce Product views

Please provide a cost and time. We outsource development from time to time. Development will be done on a development server that we provide. We review changes on this server and you make changes.
• Needed for logged in user, users with an account that are not logged in, user without an account
• Log views for each woocommerce product
• If user views the same product more than one log the number of views i.e. multiple views of the same product increase the number of views for that user
• Store in a new table in the database OR advise a better approach
