Litespeed caching specialist / wordpress optimisation specialist

For one of our clients we need some urgent assistance on getting the Cache hit up.
Its a high traffic website that can pull a few 1000 users a day. the CPU load is extremely high because of a lot of plugins used by the previous developer. ( elementor, crocoblocks, buddyboss, woocommerce,... )
We are looking for someone who can help us longterm:
Important we are not looking for a basic "tweeker" we are looking for a developer that has deep knowledge of litespeed / caching
1) Cache hit needs to go up this will require configuration of GET requests
2) We have to much uncached requests
3) We need a brainstorm partner to liquidate the overload of plugins.
Overall the main goal is to reduce server resources and speed up the website furter.
Understanding Subscription-based websites would be a plus
