Litespeed cache Woocommerce

Hi,
Today we gone live with our new website built with WooCommerce. We use litespeed cache on litespeed server but, for some reasons, cache seems flushing every 2/3 mins. If i load a page using developer tools i’ve the “hit” message but just after few mins there is againa “miss” message. What happen is that without a cache properly populated the server suffer and ofter go down due to 100% cpu usage.
We need an expert to properly configure litespeed cache and fix our issue.
P.S. There is a dynamic carousel that use ESI tag.
