Project Description – Legal Client Simulation Tool for WordPress (Cost-Effective)
We are looking to integrate an interactive learning module into our WordPress website, designed for law students and junior lawyers to practice real-life legal consultations with simulated clients.
Core Features:
• Voice-Based Simulation: The tool will simulate a phone conversation using a realistic human-like voice (via tools like Resemble AI or similar), allowing users to practice verbal legal consultations.
• Pre-Defined Legal Scenarios: The simulator will be pre-loaded with a variety of case-based scripts. It will simulate a client facing a legal issue and ask relevant, scenario-specific questions during the conversation.
• No AI-Based Feedback: The simulator will not evaluate or correct the student. Instead, the student will self-assess their performance by comparing their advice to a model answer (legal opinion or advice) created by real lawyers and provided after the simulation.
• Call Recording: Each conversation between the student and the simulator must be recorded and stored securely. These recordings will serve as training material and help students review their performance.
• Cost Optimization: The solution must aim to minimize the use of high-cost AI services. If technically feasible, alternatives to full-scale conversational chatbots should be considered—such as scripted branching conversations or lightweight NLP logic—to reduce recurring API costs.
Technical Requirements:
• Seamless integration with an existing WordPress site (preferably as a plugin or embedded module).
• A user-friendly interface for selecting scenarios, starting voice simulations, and accessing recordings and model answers.
• Secure storage and access controls for recorded conversations.
• A flexible backend allowing easy management and updates of scenarios and reference materials.
