Hi there,
I am going to set up a learndash environment (probably with Buddyboss) after a deeper look into lifter lms which does not fit my needs in terms of assigning, organizing and reporting paid courses by an Organisation (groups) which are purchased via Woo. I am looking for a wordpress developer who is familiar with that lms systems and can help configure and especially customizing learndash on a working environment on my server.
Description:
The Lms is a Website selling courses and other products to companies and individuals via a Woo Shop. The goal is to automate as many things possible to minimize administration.
There are 5 User Roles:
1. admin: (gets orders by Organisations or individuals of products and/or courses. He is doing the invoice process and interacts with the buyers.
2. Groups: are organisations buying courses for their employees. Dashboard: Groupleader invite/enroll their members, assigning purchased courses to their members and report them including given certificates. They should see their purchased courses with the amount of avaiable seats regarding to their payments and also avaiable/new courses done by course producer admin (Role5) with link into the shop to buy seats for their employees (members). Also he can re-buy more seats of an already purchased course to get more seats for new members. There is notification Interaction between groupleader and members. The group-leader doesn’t creates courses by himself. Also he doesn’t visit the courses, only their employees. The dashboard should be very easy to use.
3. Members: employees/learner of groups/organisation, just process their courses: They become group members and get their dashboard by mail-invation of the groupleader. (First time registration or login) dashboard show course/ courses he has avaiable given them by the group leaders, getting new invitations and other notification by the group leader, see their actual status/profile/ certification etc.)
4. Individuals: learner, someone buys products or courses directly without being member of a group. Same dashboard than members but without group feature. For notification he interacts with the admin.
5. Course producer: is in the admin team and creates courses for individuals and their company clients, which are the groups.
I don’t sell memberships at the moment, only paid seats! For that we configure them as product s in a woo shop where you can buy other products and offline courses as well.
The groups/companies/Individuals are on its own btw. closed. Means:
- website visitors can’t see any groups
- No group can see any other groups.
- Individuals can’t see any group as well.
I currently running a lifter lms environment with groups plugin but it lacks with the features to admin their purchased courses by the group leader properly. Also it feels a bit wooden in terms of usability and visual output. It doesn’t has an light/app feeling, especially when it comes to mobile usage.
Here are the phases of tasks!
Important: This Project bid is only for this Phase 1.
The adjustments can be done fast with no custom coding yet, just configure and css. (best is to go hourly in my opinion).
Phase 2-5 comes later, when we decide to continue with learndash.
Task Phase One: (quick setup)
Helping configure the tool to the needs just to demo the features and functionality.
You will enter this stage on a server with installed wp/learndash where you can adjust/install as needed according to a list and screenshots provided.

Important note:
I had some project in freelancer wasted a lot of time by unprofessional users so please only bid if you have enough experience.
I gave enough information to setup phase 1 regardless of how does the page look at the end.
I didn’t installed Learndash yet till I fully researched the other open source solutions but in 1-2 days.
