Learndash LMS website maintenance
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
I need someone with a working knowledge of Learndash LMS and general WP/plugin maintenance.
I've (almost) finished having my elearning site set up (4 months, 3 different freelancers and one refund from Fiverr Admin later!) so it's been a bit of a journey, but hey you learn more from screw-ups than from plain sailing right lol.
This is how I've learned one of, or THE biggest mistake I made is not recognising the language problem. I've had experienced Level 2 workers who might have known everything but couldn't get what I really wanted, So no racism implied here BUT your English has to be fluent, conversational or native please.
I have a large, niche segmented, cold email list that I really want to get into marketing to and I don't really have the expertise or the time to check, tweak and maintain the WordPress/Learndash side of things.
I add all Courses & Lessons, blog posts, popups etc
I'd like someone to have a quick check once a day, 15 minutes if nothing's wrong I'm guessing, and take any action if there is any necessary.
In other words, I need someone to:
1) Assess the site as it is now & we can discuss any thoughts you might have.
2) Check once a day and fix anything as needed.
3) Respond to me within a day to fix/change/add anything I need.
There are 3 ways to look at payment:
1) A flat hourly rate charged for any time spent on the site.
2) I pay you for 1 hour a day for the week = 7 hours. Plus if you work over 7 hours I pay for those extra hours. So if you only work 3 hours on the site you still get paid for 7 hours, and if you work 10 hours you get paid for 10. This way the hourly rate is usually lower for obvious reasons.
3) I give you a percentage of the site's income once expenses are met e.g. it costs $150 a week for hosting/autoresponder/video/social etc so after a month or 3, I should be making $1000 a week so that $850 profit, so say 20% to you is $170 for a week. The more you help me the more we both make.
I need this to start ASAP, so someone keen, with an eye to the future is who I'm looking for, let's do it.
