LearnDash training site for my existing website

develop a learn dash site with library of dog training courses, some for monthly or annual subscription and others for one time purchase; likely requires use of uncanny owl and other plug ins as well. I also offer in person training and those students get access to certain courses as well. I want to mimic another site (see attached) that I am affiliated with so that I can promote my students to then upgrade to their system when the time is right. I currently use private facebook groups and guides to setup my courses. I use Acuity Scheduling currently to handle all of my courses but have lots of manual work when using FB for courses.
