Working week Monday to Friday 9 am to 4pm Time zone in London, UK (GMT+1).
Available on google hangout chat for communication throughout the working day.
Available to have video calls when required within working hours.
Notify us upon need of absence 72 hours in advance.
1 month worked means 1 day paid leave as holiday.
Your Role
Lead WordPress Developer
Managing Tasks within our odoo project management system
Using elementor to create websites from templates or design provided
Testing all websites to work on desktop, tablet and mobile
Provide feedback on design provided for development.
Lead by example to other team members
Salary & Commission - YES you can earn commission to!
Weekly pay of $200 standard.
Paid every friday via Freelancer
For Every Project you complete on the set time and is signed off by the client you make you make €50
For Every Project you finish early and is signed off by the client you make €100
Performance based review bonus after 2 months depending on
Commisions are paid monthly
For Example
If you have 4 projects that are due for the end of a calendar month you could earn a bonus of €400 per month!! On top of your base pay.
Reviews
Upon completion of your introduction period of 3 months, we will look to increase your pay
We review performance once a month and look to increase your earning potential and commission upon the output of work.
