WP Lab plugin "Import from eBay to WooCommerce" not working READ BEFORE ACCEPTING, PLEASE

1)I need someone who REALLY knows how to fix it because there is no error message. The plug-in stop working all of a sudden, the hosting said on their side everything is fine. Please do not volunteer if you don't know how to fix it. I'm not talking about the pro version. I import items one by one.

2)I also want to get rid of pages like the one attached
