LMS Content Manager & Organizer Needed

We are seeking assistance with managing and organizing content for our LMS (Learning Management System) site. The primary tasks include:
Video Creation and Upload: Convert existing PowerPoint training slides into video format using our provided software. Training will be provided on how to create and upload these videos to the LMS.
Course Organization: Create and structure all courses within the LMS, organizing them by appropriate categories for easy navigation. This includes setting course descriptions, prerequisites, and learning objectives.
Content Cleanup: Review and remove any outdated, demo, or unused content from the LMS site to ensure a clean, streamlined user experience.
User Management: Manage user accounts, including adding new users, assigning course access, and maintaining user roles and permissions.
Assessment Creation: Design and set up quizzes, exams, and other assessments within courses to evaluate learner progress.
Content Updates: Regularly review and update course content to ensure accuracy and relevance, including revising videos, slides, and documents as needed.
Learning Path Management: Organize courses into logical learning paths or curricula, guiding users through a structured learning journey.
Reporting and Analytics: Monitor learner progress, course completion rates, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Technical Troubleshooting: Address basic LMS issues, such as video playback problems, course access errors, or user login issues, and coordinate with technical support as needed.
Ongoing Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create new training content, including interactive lessons, multimedia, and downloadable resources.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with LMS platforms and multimedia content creation.
