KELP WEBSITE MIGRATION

Hello,
I own a Weblog calles KELP = www.kelp.cl
It is using Movable Type since it beginning 2004 and never had an update on this software. Therefore today I want to migrate all content, layout, posts, design, etc to a another weblog system called WordPress.
I have an account with bluehost.com for the server where all Data is placed. With Movable Type I have all access to their website where I post my content over the last 20 years moreless.
Can anyone help me to migrate everything from MT, create an account at WordPress and have everything there running properly?
2 points are important: I want to be able to post new conten asap. 1:1 same design as today
I need to have all Posts 1:1 as they are today. Not loosing any Post.
