Jitsi Recordings Plugin Needed to Archive Inside Wordpress Members Area w/API Authentication

Greetings,
I have professional Jitsi meetings conference integrated on my AWS account for our members. The site for meetings can be found at meet.isuccess.com > The main site is on a managed VPS via WordPress.
Currently, the recordings are sent to a folder within AWS. We need custom plugin to retrieve these recordings from AWS and archive them to the users Wordpress members area.
We of course need the system to have API authentication for users only. Only our PRO users can host meetings. We also need this done with the mobile app we have designed for IOS/Android.
We posted this project on Freelancer and hired a team already, but, after a month they didnt deliver and had no intention of working on it. We had to file dispute as the committed fraud, so we need to find an honest and reliable team that can handle this task.
We look forward to finding a capable and honest team. Unfortunately, because the previous team stole our money, we cant pay upfront, only escrow until we see the work tested and working.
