JQUERY Script Needs Update & Incorporate Into WordPress
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Please see attached. I found a script that I need to add to a WordPress site. I need it updated using JQUERY 3.6.0+. The project is:
Update the script to use 3.6.0+
I want to upload this in functions.php OR as a plugin. (whatever is easier)
In the examples.html file, you will see several options. I want the Debt Clock with cents (first option) and an option with no cents.
Comment the code clearly to show where to add parameters and select option with "cents" or just a number. We will concatenate any prefix or suffix. We will provide a WordPress instance for you to install on.
This number should increment whenever the page is loaded based on the parameters of the script.
What it will be used for: It will be an energy-saving "ticker" that will increment the savings when someone visits a web page. it will be "forever increasing" based on the parameters.
We are tentatively reposting this project after an epic failure by our last choice. Our first "programmer" at Freelancer was incapable of producing something so we took some time, found a close script and provided it as an attachment.
