Interactive 3D Avatar Implementation on WordPress

I'm looking for a skilled developer who can create and integrate a custom AI feature into my WordPress site. This feature will allow users to input text into a text box and select a language (English, Hindi, Marathi). The text will then be spoken by a 3D realistic avatar with expressions.
Key requirements:
- The avatar should be able to exhibit 'Happy' expressions while speaking.
- The AI is hosted externally and will need to be integrated via API to display the generated video.
