Integration between Wordpress Woocommerce store and ELKO REST API v3

Need get quantity with surcharge from ELKO stock and our reservation stock to ecommerce shop by API.
ELKO Stock info: ELKO eCommerce API https://api.elko.cloud/index.html
Online shop info: Online shop on Wordpress platform.
We have a plugin on the site that creates various warehouses.
We have our own warehouse, and the second warehouse is ELKO, so we need to receive information about the availability in the warehouse in the ELKO system and from our reservation and add it to our second warehouse.
As a result, it should turn out like this:
In stock ELKO, position 1 - 10 pieces available
In our reservation in ELKO, position 1 - 3 pieces
In our system, 13 pieces will be displayed.
Then make it so that the customer on the frontend would not see:
Available: 2 pieces (Our warehouse)
Available: 13 pieces (ELKO)
But total quantity: 15 pieces in stock
The update should happen every hour.
